Dow Jones – Hedge fund manager Elliott Management Corp. said Monday it has proposed a 100-day plan for Iron Mountain Inc., in its latest bid to turn the data-storage company into a real estate investment trust.
In a 15-page slide presentation posted on the Securities and Exchange Commission website, Elliott said the status quo is not working for Iron Mountain and that “slow change is costing shareholders real money.”
