WEST PALM BEACH, FL (www.hedgeco.net) – Integrity Mutual Fund Company said it plans to introduce a new mutual fund vehicle offering absolute return to investors. The new Integrity All Season Fundwill be jointly sponsored with the All Season Financial Advisors of Denver according to the announcement. According to the report, the new fund seeks to offer long-term growth of invested assets witha substantially reduced risk.
The new strategy will make investments in equity securities using hedge fund type investment strategies. The fund will also channel investments to high yield bonds. Sam Jones President of All Season Advisors and portfolio manager for the Fund said, �This strategy allows shareholders to benefit from a rising equity market while protecting capital during market downturns.�
Integrity’s Chairman and CEO Robert Walstad said, “The launching of the All Season Fund continues Integrity’s effort to bring more unique and specialty products to our shareholders.� Walstad added, “All Season Advisors has a strong track record, especially in volatile and uncertain markets. We are excited to be able to offer this new product to our shareholders.�
Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. manages over $400 million in mutual fund assets for investors, its subsidiaries includes Integrity Money Management, Inc., Integrity Fund Services, Inc., and Integrity Funds Distributor, Inc. The firm has filed registration papers with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission according to officials of the fund. Sales of the new product will only begin when the registration protocol has been completed by the SEC office.
