AUGUSTA – The Finance Authority of Maine has released an information guide on venture capital.
The guide, “Financing Bright Ideas: A Primer on Venture Capital in Maine,” provides facts on what venture capital is, how to get it and what it does for Maine’s economy, so that entrepreneurs will have the information needed to start or expand a business.
In the guide, there is also a self-assessment section that will give entrepreneurs an idea of whether they are ready to seek venture capital for their project.
