(Financial Insider) It looks like Playtech’s £459.6 million ($702.05 million) acquisition of troubled trading firm Plus500 is going to go ahead — despite Plus500’s biggest shareholder opposing the deal.
Playtech just announced that it has bought 10.75 million shares in Plus500, equivalent to 9.36% of the company.
