(CNBC) Stock futures moved slightly higher early Friday morning ahead of a highly anticipated inflation report. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 42 points, or around 0.1%. Those for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 gained 0.19% and 0.27%, respectively.
