(CNBC) Stock futures ticked up early Friday as Wall Street awaited new inflation data due Friday morning. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average were little changed, slipping 0.25% or 88 points higher. S&P 500 futures ticked lower by 0.32%, while Nasdaq 100 futures advanced 0.45%.
