(CNBC) U.S. stock futures were slightly higher on Monday after the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a record high. Futures linked to the 30-stock average rose by 60 points, or about 0.1%. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures respectively climbed roughly 0.1% and 0.2%.
