(CNBC) U.S. stock futures were flat Monday night as the Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 snapped a four-day negative streak, in what has been a losing month for all the major averages. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 33 points, or 0.1%. S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures both ticked down 0.1%.
