Bloomberg Professional(R) Service Agreement

TheStreet.com, Inc. TheStreet.com offerings being distributed include “Street Insight,” a subscription web site for investment professionals seeking real-time macro and micro trading information on the flow of funds that move markets. “Street Insight” provides independent trading ideas and market insight from more than forty top market experts, including hedge fund and buy-side portfolio managers, analysts and traders in the industry. “RealMoney,” aimed at active market participants and self-directed investors looking for unbiased, action-oriented market analysis, will also be available through the Bloomberg Professional Service.
