(CNBC) Stock futures were flat in overnight trading Monday as Wall Street readied for the start of the Federal Reserve’s two-day September policy meeting. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 16 points, or 0.04%, while S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures inched up 0.06% and 0.08%, respectively.
