GenNx360 Capital Partners Closed Fund IV at $865 Million:

HedgeCo.Net — GenNx360 Capital Partners said Thursday it had completed the final close of GenNx360 Capital Partners IV, L.P. at $865 million of commitments, above target and the largest fund in the firm’s history. The firm’s August 27 news post is the primary. PE Insights independently printed the same $865 million close, the same above-target framing, and the same lower-middle-market industrial-and-business-services mandate.

Fund IV continues GenNx360’s buy-and-build approach with founders and management teams in U.S. lower-middle-market services. The firm said Fund IV has already made five investments across infrastructure services, testing and inspection, aerospace and defense, and IT services, and announced the exit of its initial Fund IV investment, Precision Aviation Group, in May 2026. Yahoo Finance’s Business Wire syndication matches the $865 million headline, five investments to date, and the May PAG exit.

GenNx360 was founded in 2006 by Ron Blaylock with former GE executives Arthur Harper and Lloyd Trotter. PE Insights notes the firm has grown to roughly $3 billion of capital under management since a debut fund of more than $500 million in 2008, putting Fund IV near double the size of that first vehicle. LP base on the new fund includes pensions, asset managers, insurers, foundations, and family offices spanning existing and new commitments.

This is a final close, not a first close. Mark $865 million commitments, above target, five investments already, and the May 2026 Precision Aviation Group exit. Do not invent a hard cap above $865 million or name individual LPs. The allocator object is a lower-middle-market industrial-services specialist printing its largest flagship while already deploying and realizing inside the same vintage.
