Am Law Daily – Five firms have landed roles on a pair of hedge fund transactions announced on Wednesday.
Davis Polk & Wardwell M&A partners Louis Goldberg and Michael Davis are leading a team from the firm that is advising Morgan Stanley on the restructuring of its relationship with Greenwich, Conn.-based hedge fund FrontPoint Partners. Terms of the restructuring–expected to be completed before year’s end–were not disclosed.
