New York (HedgeCo.Net) – The Capital Movement Index for October shows net flows decline 0.67%, according to SS&C/GlobeOp’s combined Hedge Fund Performance Index and Capital Movement Index.
“Inflows have remained steady, while outflows have spiked in line with quarter-end rebalancing,” said Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies.
The Hedge Fund Performance Index for September, 2012 measured 1.11%. The year-to-date figure stands at 7.96% (gross). SS&C GlobeOp’s data on the GlobeOp platform represents approximately 10% of the hedge fund industry.
