New York (HedgeCo.Net) –  Former Senior Vice President at Hovde Capital Advisors Kenneth Sorenson has been named Director of Investor Relations at Chicago hedge fund Sanborn Kilcollin Partners LLC.

Sorenson reports to Sanborn Kilcollin Co-founder and Managing Member, T. Eric Kilcollin.

Previously, Sorenson, 39, served as Senior Vice President at Hovde Capital Advisors, responsible for capital raising and investor relations for the firm’s institutional investors. From 2004 to 2006,  Sorenson was Senior Sales Manager at Eurex AG/Eurex US, in Chicago. He holds a Master of International Business degree from Pepperdine University (1999) and Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude with Special Honors, in Management from Jacksonville State University (1997).
