New York (HedgeCo.Net) – The New York Institute of Finance has a new a faculty member, Karl D’Cunha, a specialist in hedge funds, valuation, capital markets, FINRA, emerging markets, and corporate finance. He joins as Senior Managing Director.

In order to stay ahead of the curve, industry professionals must learn about the latest trends using real world case studies, up-to date information, and expert guidance,” said Karl D’Cunha, Senior Managing Director at Madison Street Capital. “I am tremendously excited to be selected to join the expert faculty at NYIF.”
As a Senior Managing Director at Madison Street Capital, D’Cunha provides M&A advisory, debt capital placement and valuation services. He has broad investment banking experience with over 17 years of experience in the capital markets working with some the largest financial services companies globally on M&A advisory, debt placement and portfolio transactions.
Additionally, D’Cunha is actively involved in the investment management industry and has originated, supervised, and/or executed engagements with US and International private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, banked owned asset management arms, mutual funds and other financial services entities. Previously, D’Cunha was an audit manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP with 8 years of experience in the Investment Management industry group.
