(HedgeWeek) The Chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Jay Clayton, has backed the Dodd-Frank Act’s whistleblower reward law, saying that the whistleblower program is an “invaluable component” to the Commission’s “enforcement efforts.”
