New York (HedgeCo.net) – Salus Alpha Investment Group won the “Most Innovative Hedge Fund” award for their Salus Alpha Event Driven Fund at the European Fund of Hedge Funds 2010 Ceremony. The award ceremony was held at the Northumberland in London.

Salus Alpha’s Event Driven Fund was awarded for having a high annual total return, transparent portfolios, and high percentage of positive months in relation to the age and size of the bond. The fund has successfully targeted stable returns under consideration of capital preservation and liquidity of the fund’s assets. It is also registered for public distribution in the European sector with daily liquidity in a fully compliant UCITS framework.
