Business Insider – Hedge fund titan Phil Falcone, the founder of Harbinger Capital Partners, rejected an SEC settlement offer that would have banned him from the securities industry, the Wall Street Journal reported citing sources familiar with the situation.
A ban would no doubt be a major blow for Falcone’s career in the industry.
