(CNBC) Stock futures were little changed early Tuesday after the S&P 500 concluded the first session of December’s trading month at an all-time closing high. Futures for the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average were all flat after a mixed session on Wall Street.
