H.I.G. Capital Completed the Acquisition of Outcomes One:

HedgeCo.Net — An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Outcomes One, the Orlando-based pharmacy technology and clinical network company, on September 2, 2026. Terms were not disclosed. H.I.G.’s own news page is the primary. PR Newswire independently carried the same completion language, the same Orlando base, and the same leadership and adviser lines.

H.I.G. reports about $75 billion of capital under management. Outcomes combines a clinical network with pharmacy technology platforms that reach roughly 85 percent of U.S. pharmacies. In 2025 the company cited more than 10 million clinical interventions across 130 million covered lives; platforms named in the announcements include Rx30, Computer-Rx, and Outcomes Premium. Jude Dieterman remains CEO; Arjun Mohan, a managing director at H.I.G., is cited on the sponsor side. Advisers were William Blair and Kirkland & Ellis for H.I.G., and TripleTree and Simpson Thacher for Outcomes.

This is a completed acquisition with undisclosed terms, not a signed LOI. Mark September 2, 2026 as the close and $75 billion as H.I.G.’s capital under management. Do not invent purchase price, leverage, or revenue multiples that are not in these two sources. The allocator object is H.I.G. buying a scaled pharmacy-tech and clinical-intervention network that already sits across most of the U.S. retail pharmacy footprint.
